Sam Glenville - Branch Manager.

Sam has worked in recruitment since 2003 primarily sourcing candidates for clients in the Commercial and Engineering sectors for either temporary, contract or permanent placements.  Previous to working in recruitment Sam has over 8 years Accounts Management experience ranging from Customer Services to Senior Account Management within the Contact Centre Industry.   Sam has managed client accounts in this sector since 2004 for a number of UK Contact Centres, with positions ranging from CSA’s/TSA’s to Operations/Senior Management.

Sam prides himself on both his service levels and consultation service to clients which has resulted in many long-term business relationships.  These relationships have resulted in gaining a good understanding of many diverse role requirements and working environments.

 

Steve Fletcher - Recruitment Consultant.

Steve has over 4yrs experience in the recruitment field, his main experience has been working in the Industrial, Commercial and Driving sectors based on-site for a blue-chip client in Doncaster. In this time Steve progressed from an administrator to an onsite consultant. Steve’s main duties included efficiently managing 200+ temporary candidates on a daily/weekly basis with a 100% fulfillment agreement on all new positions. This role required adhering to the working regulations for all temporary onsite staff dealing with staff check-ins, payroll, invoice checks, daily interviews, ID and reference checks, site inductions/health and safety with all new candidates and being on call for clients 24/7.  Steve is responsible for all temporary workings at the Epworth office.

Steve is also the account manager in the catering sector supplying blue chip companies in Doncaster with trained bar and waiting on staff. Steve’s other daily duties involve dealing with all pay roll, invoices checks, candidate interviews and permanent placements in specialized sectors.

Katie Mulligan – Resourcer.

Katie has over 1 and a half years experience in the sales and recruitment field. In this time Katie has progressed from an administrator/receptionist to working on the temporary desk side of the business dealing with applicant attraction and registrations, temp placement, training and payroll duties in the commercial sector. Her sales background started in the customer service area and progressed up to a sales trainer dealing with all new candidates in the call centre sector. Katie has joined our team as a resourcer in November 2009.

Brian McCue - Branch Manager.

Brian has been in sales for the entirety of his 12 year career, before moving into Sales & Marketing recruitment in 2007. During his sales career he has worked with some of the biggest companies in the UK and he has worked his way through the managerial ranks each time. His recruitment experience has always been completely focussed on recruiting for Sales vacancy requirements for his clients across a wide variety of sectors and industries throughout the UK.
