Industrial

Our industrial consultants have over six years experience in the recruitment field sourcing candidates ranging from general labourers / operatives through to senior appointments for temporary, contract / interim and permanent placements.  We have the capacity and experience to recruit for new contracts, or high volume campaigns both with long term planning and short term notice.  We can also provide our services on-site for contracts appointed at short notice, should this be required. 

Contact Centre

Stratec’s consultants have experience of recruiting on behalf of a number of UK contact centres for positions ranging from CSA / TSA to senior appointments for temporary, contract / interim and permanent placements.  We have the capacity and experience to recruit for new contracts, or high volume campaigns both with long term planning and short term notice.  We can also provide our services on-site for contracts appointed at short notice, should this be required.  In addition, our Contact Centre Account Manager has over eight years contact centre industry experience in roles ranging from Customer Service, Team Leader, Quality Coach through to Senior Account Management.

Before moving into Sales & Marketing recruitment, our consultants were employed in sales in their former careers. As recruitment consultants, they now use this experience to focus on recruiting for Sales vacancy requirements for clients across a wide variety of sectors and industries throughout the UK.
